John Miles is now the full-time CEO and President. Mr. Miles has
been consulting for Ultran as Vice President of Engineering and COO since
September, 2005. He brings to Ultran twenty years of experience in engineering,
manufacturing and senior management from Motorola, Corning, and Vectron
International.

|
Mahesh Bhardwaj, founder and CTO of Ultran, continues to lead the research
and technology division with novel applications and systems which have made
Ultran a recognized force in the world of ultrasound. Currently, Mahesh is
involved in a joint cooperative project sponsored by the Indian Department of
Science and Technology. Other participants are IIT Madras and Mahindra &
Mahindra Automotive.

Ultran has a new board of directors elected to expand the company’s role in
providing ultrasonic solutions to customers. The new management team is led by
Chairman of the Board Peter J. Sprague. Mr. Sprague has been Chairman of
Wavexpress, a subsidiary of Wave Systems Corp. which he founded in 1988. He has
also chaired various other companies such as Design Research, Advent
Corporation, Aston Martin and National Semiconductor Corporation for 30 years.
